ESRC is licensed by the Ministry of Regional Development to design and conduct of research, the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision of the activities on the examination of industrial safety of buildings, structures, documentation, licenses, Federal Agency of Geodesy and Cartography in the implementation of geodetic and cartographic activities of the FSB Russia in Moscow and Moscow region, as well as The Ministry of Emergency Situations accreditation for independent evaluation of risks in the area of expertise in matters of Emergency and Safety organizations for their commitment to obtaining a license to operate fire-production facilities.
In ESRC implemented Quality Management System, which obtained certificates of conformity, both domestic (SDS "Transsert") and foreign (AFNOR, IQNet) certification bodies.
